I have earned B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in English language and literature from three different countries, respectively, and I have 13 years of teaching experience at the university level. My areas of specialization and interest are literary subjects including drama, short stories, novels, surveys of English literature, English poetry, and critical thinking. I have taught courses in English grammar, reading comprehension strategies, vocabulary, paragraph development and essay writing, letter writing, business English, conversational English, translation, and interpretation. Besides, I have been a literary reviewer for international journals and served as a freelance editor, reviser, and proofreader. I have gained some theoretical experience in content writing and business proposal writing and know the rules of commercial correspondence. I am passionate about enhancing my knowledge in these fields by teaching them via online platforms. For small batch or private tuition, I usually customize my classes according to the needs of each student and help them improve their English language skills by monitoring and assessing their progress and providing the required feedback. I have also supervised almost 16 M.A. students of English language and literature, English teaching, and English language translation.
